Chlorine Dioxide helped my LLMD's wife heal from Lyme!

All I could find is that It's called the miracle mineral solution (mms). I couldn't find any solid studies or reputable sites about it. I read it can be toxic, but it's promoted by a lot of people on forums.

This does not kill bacteria, but helps with inflammation according to this study.

And I'm still trying to figure out what this actually is: " glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase-deficient" The NCBI link says "therefore, in Phase III, chlorite at a concentration of 5 mg/l. was administered daily for twelve consecutive weeks to a small group of potentially at-risk glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase-deficient subjects. "

I don't believe those are Lyme disease patients, but I don't know everything, so I suppose that condition could be linked to Lyme, like over 300 others.

And I could provide many links showing the dangers - but that would get us nowhere.

I still don't know why you have dropped into a Lyme group when you are discussing Autism? We are talking about two different things if I understand anything about autism - which I don't claim to. Is it caused by a bacterial infection????

I'm going to have to agree with Trav on this one. We do encourage members to post success stories of course of alternatives that have worked for them but saying it is unanimously safe is irresponsible.

The studies that you posted are subpar at best. The best one used pig skin as a study...not humans and not even live animals. Also, it is a pretty poorly written article so I'm tempted to discredit it as a graduate study.

Kramer...a brand new member, showing up attacking people and promoting certain products instantly. Seems fishy to me.

You should expect people to question what you've presented since people tend to follow the herd, so to speak. There are many people out there trying to make money off the sick and desperate, so something unfamiliar will be looked at with doubts. Lyme is a serious illness and we have to be cautious so as not to make things worse. Getting rude only makes the doubt grow more.

And no, the mods don't make money doing it.

While parasites can be part of the issue with Lyme disease, it certainly isn't an issue for everyone that has Lyme disease. Your statements about Lyme being only parasites shows your ignorance about our health issues.

You are welcome to stay to learn about Lyme and the treatments that are being used by the members here, but not to post information that is false or being rude to other members - that includes the Mods.

I was treated for Lyme and I do not have parasites.

Some people do, but not all. YOu generalize based on "speaking from experience with people". We speak from our own experience living with it and being treated by LLMDs and learning from them. They treated thousands of lyme patients successfully. How many people did you treat successfully to pretend you know everything--do you have more knowledge than the LLMDs?

Are you getting paid to recruit people for whatever made up office you are working for? Maybe you get paid extra for selling some made up lyme disease "protocol" of Chlorine Dioxide, too? If it's so great, how come you still take it after 8 years? YOU said it works! You should have been cured then! Obviously not!

ClO2 is used as a disenfectanct. I don't taking it internally is a good idea unless there have been clinical studies proving that it is safe to consume
