Fronton - you reminded me of my early days of Lyme. What a nightmare.
I would go to bed -lay on my back - with nerve pain down my left arm, and my body would be vibrating (buzzing), different muscles would be twitching - alternating - my left arm, my right arm, over my left rib, etc, and then my right leg would kick unexpectedly. Plus I had phlegm in my throat, and sleep apnea along with waking with panic. So, when I finally did fall asleep, within two hours i was jolted awake - choking/gagging, gasping for air and in a hot sweat usually a nightmare to go along with it. It got to the point where I would have anxiety as I was getting ready to go to bed, not looking forward to the event.
Isn't amazing when we look back...it just seems surreal, doesn't it. I still shudder about
those days...and if I try to talk about
them - forget about
it - I can't do it without tearing up.
Like I said before, I think I have PTSD from those early days.
