I recommend you add a title/topic for more attention. Then you need more detail on how he is feeling sick, what are his symptoms? He could just have more reaction to the cold/sinus problems, part of a flu or something - you need more time to determine whether it is really a stronger reaction to something other than his current infection.

I have four children, all who have been seriously ill, had many sinus infections, etc., but only one has serious lyme and we did not find out from a sinus infection treatment... not to say that can not be an indicator, I think you need more time to see.
