I was having ALOT more good days than bad so I stopped all my meds.I felt really good for almost two weeks,than bam,all my old SYMPTONS came back with a vengeance.I am back to square one.Needless to say I have started back on all meds but was wondering if anyone else on here has done the same and how long will it take to get back on top again. Thanks

Cairn, I was feeling better, really good I should say so I wasn't on anx from mid Oct till Feb 1 but was on Coartum for Dec and Jan. It did nothing but interrupt my sleep. Also been on A-L complex the whole time. Little symptoms crept in, not bad but they were pretty much gone and we're coming back not taking Anx. When I started back on them in February, boy did I ever herx for the first 15 days or so. I am finally feeling better but not like Nov and Dec.

A couple of years ago my husband was convinced I'd been on abx too long and browbeat me into quitting. I was off for ten days. The symptoms came back so hard and so fast, it was terrifying. I went back on and it was about a month until I was back where I had been.

He hasn't said a word since -- especially as he can see how much further I have made it back to full health. I fully convinced of the importance of treating beyond the resolution of symptoms. For a while there I just didn't know what full health actually felt like -- it had been so long!

I was on abx for 8 months then was losing weight and had gut issues so went off them. I've been on A-L Complex since Dec and I had 3 amazing days in Jan. Then my symptoms started creeping back. Eye sparkles, ears ringing louder than usual, air hunger, foot pain, random joint pain, muscle fatigue, poor sleep, etc. It's managable right now. I started A-Bab and A-Bart last week, but my naturopath wanted me to go back on Minocycline. I don't want to go back on abx since I just started gaining weight back again. But I may need to if it starts getting worse.
