Tori,

I wish your daughter the best with her health and you also. As a mom myself, I know it is so difficult when something is not right with your child. We keep taking them to the doctors, hoping for some type of answer.

For me, I took my daughter to the Dr's so many times about her knee or her hip. It was always the same answer: Growing pains! I knew though, deep inside, that it absolutely wasn't. I was desperate for an answer. I finally put the pieces together when I was diagnosed.

Short answer: Trust your instincts. They are almost always right!

Start her on the basic things. Cat's claw, detoxing tinctures, detox teas, lemon water, skin brushing, Epsom baths, probiotics, vitamins. and of course, get her an appointment. Sounds like your daughter is functioning pretty well and will bounce back. You're a great mom and doing what you have to. All the best!

Resveratol is an active ingredient in Japanese Knotweed. Japanese Knotweed is more effective than isolated resveretol in the treatment of Lyme.

Not sure if anyone mentioned this here yet, but irregular cycles may also be caused by thyroid problems. Not sure if Lyme messed my Thyroid or some other meds I had to take for preterm labor or maybe it came about because I leave close to a nuke plant.

Jaw problems: I have TMJ but it doesn't bother me anymore. Hard to tell if it was caused by Lyme or by a car accident or by grinding my teeth at night because I was in pain from both the car accident and Lyme and couldn't take pain meds because I was pregnant.

Ringing in ear: Same: not sure if the car accident or Lyme caused it, but it has been gone for 5 years, after treated for Lyme and Barto.

Editing to add: I am getting the same stupid excuse about growing pains with my kids and they are even accused of "making it up" :(

I do not believe in growing pains that kids will get AFTER they were bit by ticks, but not before!  It is simply stupid to think otherwise, IMHO.
