I would heartily recommend oil pulling!! And Epsom salt/peroxide foot soaks!!!
Milk thistle doesn't really detox, but helps protect the liver from toxins.
Watch out for the DE (Diatomaceous Earth) - it can really constipate some people!!!
And then you aren't moving toxins out either.
You can also get some activated charcoal- just be sure to take it 2 hours away from everything - before and after. I used to always wake up for a bathroom run at least once every single night, so I would be sure to set out my activated charcoal and a glass of water and take it during that trip. I didn't have to worry about
it interfering with anything else that way.
