so, here is my question. I am helping someone out. Before you start treatment, is it ok to take detox baths (Epson salt + hydrogen peroxide)? I am assuming it is fine, but cant be sure.
and....if someone stops treatment, is it ok to take detox baths? like me - I am still dealing with yeast issues, and I know yeast can cause die - off. But what if I am wrong and I take a detox bath anyway, can it do any harm? thanks!

I think detox baths are good for anyone, sick or not. We all have toxins in our bodies and some have a harder time getting rid of them. Before I got sick I use to go for massages. The masseuse would always tell me to go home after the massage, have a big glass of water and an epsom salt bath. She swore by them for releasing toxins....so I've been doing the baths ever since she suggested it. I think it's a good thing.

I'm thinking detox baths would be good to start prior to treatment - start flushing out the toxins we have. Even before we actively kill the bacteria, there is some die-off happening, isn't there?

Thanks girlie u just brought out an important point. Even before someone starts treatment I would imagine the immune system would be doing some work - so there must be some die off taking place. Thanks!!

you got it - everyone on here helps eachother!
and now I am coming down with a cold - I would suppose I can "detox" like I used to? it works for any type of bacteria right? might as well give it a shot! I woke up with a post nasal drip, its settling the bottom of my throat and now my chest is hurting. I am NOT going to end up taking antibiotics - I will do anything to beat this without them!!
