My son is on 3.5 mg at bedtime. He suffers from joint pain that keeps him awake. It seems to help with the pain allowing him to sleep a bit better. We have not noticed any side effects.

Hi Mike,
I've been on LDN for almost 5 months. It has helped a lot with pain. Once in awhile I wake up in the night from it, and once in awhile I've had some extremely vivid dreams as well.
Good luck!

It didn't do anything for me. I started out low and worked up to 4.5 mgs (I think). I have it several months and felt no changes, so I stopped.

I worked my way up to max dosage and unfortunately, it didn't provide the relief I hoped it would. The benefits were very minimal, however I know several people that saw a night and day difference from it. The transition of coming off the tramadol (which provide at least a minimal amount of relief) to try the LDN was difficult, but after physically seeing the difference it's made for a few people I know, it was certainly worth a shot.
LDN has a very low risk of side effects and low cost and it's certainly worth a shot. I would so much rather be able to use this for pain than taking tramadol or other narcotics.

HI, I take 1.5mg at night. I have been taking it for about
5 months now. I was able to notice a difference when I started to take it. It helped with the gloom and doom feeling and it also gave me more energy. It has helped my immune system also. I also have Hypo thyroid so I decided I did not want to up the mgs at this time.
