I was wondering if anyone has experienced headaches, pressure in the head, soft/tender spots (that move around), joint pain, muscle weakness/twitching, palpatations/tachycardia, bells palsy, aching all over my body and vertigo/dizziness with lyme. I have so many other symptoms, but those are the ones that are the most frustrating. I have an appointment with a LLMD on Monday so I'm anxious to meet him. He has ordered a basic Lyme panel for me and co-infection panel and is sending the blood work through IGenex. I only had a ELISA test with my neurologist and it came back "negative" and she told me to "get Lyme out of my head because that's not what's wrong with me" (even tho she can't explain what's happening to me). I've seen my neurologist (numerous times), I've had multiple CT scans, MRI's and blood work which has come back ok (except elevated ANA levels and I guess an artery in my brain is slightly narrow but the neuro said I was born with it and it shouldn't affect anything). I'm just frustrated because I'm having so many doctors tell me "you're ok", "you're a young healthy girl, it's all in your head" and "go get some help with your head". I was exposed to ticks in 2011 when I was pregnant and again in summer of 2014 (I pulled a lot off of my dog and he sleeps in my bed as well as finding a BUNCH in my house). Im frustrated and hoping this LLMD can help in my road to recovery. I have an almost 4 year old son and I'm so exhausted all day every day.
