Chlorella is a binder. Just like the charcoal. Chlorella has nutrients that Charcoal does not have. Chlorella is filled with vit. B, peptides, helps with digestion, contains iron, manganese etc. It is a supper food. I guess you could use both. Chlorella binds all toxins known to man, according to Dr. K, although according to Dr. H, chlorella doesn't bind heavy metals as effectively as it is said it does and you need to add something else. OR, like Limie Girl said, it has to be taken in higher amounts. You can buy it in powder form or in pill form. It has a nutty taste. You can also use the powder form in smoothies. Some people add it to their cereal.
The cilantro tincture won't detox, it just triggers the brain to let go of the heavy metals. Then the heavy metals are reliesed into the bloodstream and can get redistributed to the organs that way--this is what you have to try to prevent. So that is why you still need a binder--to get it out of the bloodstream. The trick with Chlorella is that it binds and the toxins are pooped out rather then going out via kidneys or liver. To protect the kidneys you can use the horsetail tea. I buy it in baulk. It has silica. That is the best way in my opinion (as far as I could find from my research) to get the silica without the aluminum from the zeolite. I do not see any benefit in using zeolite. I know some people like it. But I think it would be just as effective as consuming clay, which is also high in silica but also contains aluminum. Dr. K does use both, but his zeolite contains an extract of the horsetail tea. He also uses the clay ingested, but he uses other products to clear up the mess (aluminum) that the zeolite and the clay leave. He uses all this BEFORE the antibacterial (abx or herbs) are given, so that they don't bind to it.
Water with lemon also clear up some of the aluminum.
I would not get the pill of cilantro. It is absorbed quite differently than the tinctures.
Let us know how it plays out for you.
