Gabapentin 300mg

Has anyone tried or even heard of Gabapentin to treat joint pain/numbness from Lyme . If you have did you have any side effects.

I have not had side effects. I take at night, up to 900 mg. it helps with sleep.

I haven't tried anything for pain because of side effects of the meds. I am considering Nabilone - it's synthetic marijuana - the Dr will give me a prescription if I want.

I think Gabapentin is similar to Lyrica. A friend of mine took Lyrica for pain (not for Lyme) and it worked for her but she gained quite a bit of weight on it. She was taking a high dose for compression fractures in her spine.
