An infection list from two higly regarded authors

Very interesting...it seems like a lot of the symptoms in the list are redundant (listed more than once, just phrased slightly differently), but it's still a pretty thorough list that includes most of my problems. Here's my "score." I'm going to share the list and my rating with my LLMD. I appreciate you posting this.

Reading this list is so helpful! I have SO MANY Adrenal Insufficiency symptoms. The real eye openers were "feeling better after 6 p.m.", and "sudden extreme hunger". Now, what to do for the insufficiency? I have a bottle of Ashwaganda here that I have yet to take. Will that help?

I hit on many of them, but the number of times 6 (adrenals) came up on some of my weirder problems got me excited.

I'm not stressed out in the least, and haven't been for a long time.

What steps should I take to heal my adrenals?

Wow, that test is enlightening. I scored

33 on Bb,
9 on babs,
13 on bart,
6 on Erl,
15 on Myco and
8 on adrenals.

I am so lyme!

Based on all symptoms in the past.

Maybe this is why I healed rather quickly - my scores are pretty low compared to Healing98 and others.

Today's score - reflective of "sometimes" symptoms. I do not have them all the time. Cough, could be sinus and most of the rest could be sinus related. Or is there lyme imitating sinus????

Your post about Adrenals was right on the mark.

I was not aware of the "stages" of Adrenal function, and I want to thank you for attaching the link. After perusing the info on that link it aroused in me a sense of curiosity as to where Heather's saliva test results fall. I had to search through several thick folders of papers to find her test results. The results caused me to instantly feel a sense of nausea when I plotted Heather's 4-point readings on the graphs for stages 6&7. Her results fall halfway between them, i.e. equates to a stage 6.5! Her results are as follows:

A.M 3.7 nM
Noon 1.5 nM
P.M. 2.3 nM
Midnight 3.1 nM

It is a fairly flat graph that falls about halfway between the plotted graphs for stages 6&7. My empathy is for anyone that experiences life on that low plane. I guess I can understand why she was falling asleep in school!

Heather has "secondary adrenal insufficiency" which means that her Adrenals are fine. It's the Pituitary or Hypothalamus that are failing to function properly. You are absolutely correct that there are a lot of complexities when seeking to understand the relevant issues.

WOW! I copied the list (I had other symptoms in addition to what was on the list and didn't include those). For six months I have been targeting getting the gut healthy and lyme. What I did was enter a response of where I was six months ago, and where I am today. I think given this, I am on the right track to hit up the bart next, I need to DEFINITELY look at my adrenal functioning and consider mycoplasma next over babesia.

I was at stage 6 according to this link that was posted earlier in this thread: www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/seven-stages/ However, I believe I've now healed enough to be considered at stage 4 according to the explanations. Planning on having adrenal testing later this summer.

Traveler - I saw with the saliva test they recommend discontinuing certain herbs for two weeks - yikes! Stuff we use for lyme and co-infections.

My problem is that one of those herbs they suggest discontinuing helps stop intestinal cramping for me. :/ It's an herb I really can't do without.

My body is prompting me to not do without. I think, in that so much comes up with adrenal, I am going to just research and treat the symptom rather than stop the flow of the herbs that are helping.

Sort of took that plan of action with the lyme and co-infections and it is bringing resolution.
