I always say check for Candida. These antibiotics can cause yeast overgrowth in many no matter what. Which is one reason why many people use herbs to heal, and herbs work just as well. Regardless, I would cut out white sugar and white flou, for all reasons. It seems hard but once you start it, however it will feel so easy and you'll feel like you should have done it years ago and then like its second nature in a short period of time! Then. Cut down on caffeine and try and drink green tea instead of coffee. Maybe a cup of coffee, then one of green tea. Exercise. Yada Yoda, take a really really good probiotic from Whole Fods or somewhere else. Eat lots of green vegetables. All of these changes should be made one weekly. A shift a week and you'll see a positive shift in your health. It's not all at once!

Also, try some herbs, many tinctures are cheaper at whole foods or nutrition stores or obviously online. Or there are great products that are mixtures of many of these.

Anti Inflammatories help so much. I know someone who swears by http://www.amazon.com/Enhansa-Repair-120/dp/B00FRS97WW or the ingredients inside, to lower any inflammation that will be caused by Lyme and Co-infections, which is killer. I wish I had known about
this at my worst.
St. John's Wort, Turmeric, Boswellia and Bromelain,
This disease, as well as many diseases as frightening and as difficult to navigate and to endure, as they are, can cause depression. As Avril Lavigne said, in People Magazine, she was depressed since she became sick! Depression causes fatigue, weakness lack of motivation, disruption in sleep and eating. All those sort of symptoms that line can cause. Then when a Lyme patient becomes depressed. Lyme symptoms make it worse with the depression symptoms exastrabate and the Lyme exatrabates the depression so on. No one talks about
this aspect because we were all told its psycho somatic. I'm not saying that. I'm saying, if a thirty minute walk and a phone call to your sister, cousin or mom that you must force yourself to do, is all you can do, I believe that will help the depression, and thereby everything immensely. There are also Lyme phone support groups that are so so great. It takes courage!
As they say, you can't rely soly on antibiotics. Maybe, some fortunate people can rely solely on antibiotics. They are very fortunate and I am not sure how healthy it is. They work a billion times better with all other synergistic forms of healing. Look for Buhners books at the library or the bookstore, and Dr. Horowitz. They're brilliant. Many many people with horrid Lyme heal soley with herbal protocols. This was difficult for me to wrap my head around. Hope this helps!!! Good luck!!! Sometimes I get annoyed when people say detox. I am certainly not bashing anyone! It's a phenomenal idea, and sort of what I'm saying (BTW infrared saunas and sweating are amazing, the infrared is something which nothing beats). But there's only so much detoxing one can do, and I know for me, I always drank water, and the Epson salt did nothing. Im not saying don't detox. I'm saying. It's not a thing to do, but a way to live. You've got to
open up a space where nothing bad could get caught up. The gut is where 95 percent of the serotonin receptors are. You need to keep it healthy there. Keep supported. I know that's hard. Meditate. Keep journal and. You'll do well. Good luck!
