This is a symptom I've had for years: painful pins and needles tingling in my heels. Mostly my left foot. I assume this is infection related.

We don't think I have bartonella at this point.

I read somewhere that metals and other things like to focus on our feet but I can't find where I read that.

 Any suggestions?

I was just diagnosed with Small Fiber Neuropathy as result of Lyme. Pins and needles, aching, stabbing, tingling in not only feet, but also hands.

Yeah I was kind of thinking it was neuropathy. We haven't addressed metals yet. I'm definitely willing to, we just haven't gotten there. Was wondering if anyone else knew about metals and feet or if it's just nerve damage/neuropathy.

Hi sarahm620, I did have numbness and tingling in right arm down to the fingers early on in my treatment. Also had stabbing pain the neck area which later resolved but then morphed into stiff neck. After initial treatment numbness did resolve but many of the symptoms resolved but later returned. Luckily the numbness wasnt one of them. Doxy helped with this symptom.

Funny thing is we had an animal here (baby horse) who was very sick with ana. Our child also had the chronic headaches but did not test positive for ana. Foal had to be shipped to large animal hospital for IV Doxy followed by very high doses of oral medication.

I did the heavy metals test and it revealed HIGH in lead, mercury, and aluminum...heavy metals toxicity MOST DEF. causes foot tingling, pins/needles, achy/sore, and itchy. My first few months of I.V EDTA/Dmps was horrible as the chemicals stirred up the metals that had settled in bone & tissue. The treatment caused even more leg & foot pain but it was a necessary evil!!!

Unfortunately, after several I.V. treatments, I STILL TESTED HIGH and am now taking HM Chelate by pure encapsulation-it contains cilantro, chlorella,nac, zinc, C, & others

Was positive Mycoplasma pneumonia

It sounds like neuropathy to me. I get numbness and tingling in my hands and feet (sometimes leg), which is worse on my left side too. I think it is Lyme. It does not happen as frequently now. However, I have been getting it in my left hand lately.

I hope it improves soon for you!
