You have described my symptoms exactly, only that was 8 years ago. I didn't know what was happening to me until our daughter was diagnosed with lyme/bartonella in 2011 and the LLMD clinically diagnosed me with the same infections. We started treating with herbs in 2013. My symptoms included:
Depression, suicidal ideation, derealisation, flu-like body pain, palpitations, emotional, raging, panic attacks, insomnia, hot/cold flashes, tingling extremeties, dizziness, tinnitus, exercise intolerance .....
I am now completely better! 100%. As I treated myself with the herbs that I am using for our daughter, I first herxed (on very low doses) and then improved right along with her.
Just last week I rode my bike to work, rowed for 1.5 hours on Mon, Wed, Fri, and did all the household things that always need doing with a 13 year old and 18 year old around (that means lots of cooking and laundry), including mowing the lawn.
I also saw the families of ducks paddling around in the canal and thought about
how the mother felt swimming along with her babies behind, heard many different species of birds singing, noticed that each species of tree has it's own distinct rustle of leaves in the wind, saw the moon floating overhead as I was bringing in the laundry, listened to the water falling from the fountain in the back yard ...
Life is beautiful, but you have to stop thinking and just be. You have to be a human being, not a human doing or a human thinking.
I find I have no pain now. It amazes me that when I get out of bed I don't have to limp for the first 15 minutes because my feet hurt. I just have an overall feeling of wellbeing and sometimes even joy!
These ladies have given you great information. The only other thing I could suggest would be to practice being "present", or in the moment (which is what meditation does), but you need to practice this while going about
the day. This will help you with the intuitive abilities that Bellyfull mentioned.
Heart Math is a great book with ideas to help you do this. They also have a number of youtube videos:
