Try to give your mind a break... you are pushing yourself with expectations... which is only going to stress you out more.
I'm gonna post a playlist of short meditations... ten minutes
can do wonders sometimes.
Really... can you take 10 minutes now or very soon to try it?
Sometimes taking a break helps me to find answers...
I would not be surprised if it helped you remember the password.
Not saying if definitely will...just saying it has surprised me that way.
If you can close your eyes and focus only on your breathing...while
listening... Of course your thoughts will try to interrupt... when you
notice your thoughts intruding... put more focus on your breath.
With daily practice... you will get better and better at this.
I wouldn't share this if i did not see results myself... I believe meditation
is an important part of your healing foundation... just like organic food and
detox.
*I will keep a playlist running as background music... especially if i am doing paperwork or something a bit stressing or research... the calm voice and music can really help.
Or another option for background music is... some type of mellow classical music... it really is worth trying.
*Just make sure the volume is not to high...or it could be annoying when stressed. Think very low background music... i like violin & guitar...but you may like piano or another instrument. Or different instruments depending on your mood. It is worth looking to find what resonates best with your spirit.
