Don't know why I don't read more about people getting significantly better using this. Seems from what I've read is is extremely effective even during the latest stages of Lyme. Have read many articles saying it is the best known treatment for Lyme disease so why aren't more ppl trying it?

I used to live in Washington State and had tried using it for about 6 months. I was working at the time though so it was only evenings and weekends. It definitely does make you herx.

I recently moved to Colorado after being in NY where I didn't have access to it. So I'm going to give it another go.

I think there are several reasons. The first is that medical marijuana (or just marijuana) is only legal in a small number of states. The second is that even in states where it's legal, it's very hard to find because it is difficult and dangerous (highly combustible and explosive) to produce. The third is that it requires a pound of marijuana to make a small amount, so it's expensive.

I live in Maine where medical marijuana is legal, and I can't find the oil anywhere. You'd think that growers would be motivated to make it, because they could make a fortune.

There are some Youtube videos with simple ways to make it. Facebook groups who give instructions on making it with an ounce of Cannabis, 2 cups of Everclear, it is cooked off and leaves about 2-3 grams oil but they only use a small amount at a time, so it lasts a month or two. The tincture is usually mixed with coconut oil after being cooked down and concentrated.

This years legislation had record amounts of states approving for medical use, however Lyme is not in the list for any that I have looked at. about half the states have made it available and I'm sure there will be more to follow. My state has made it legal for 8 conditions this year.

I imagine that much will change regarding using Cannabis as a medical treatment in the next couple of years. Many have stated that it brought them off their deathbed from Lyme.

I have read that the amount needed for Lyme is much less than cancer patients are taking. I personally am reading quite a bit on it since I anticipate having patients who are using it for seizures and other conditions.

Can you buy CBD Oil online from Bluebird Botanicals if Marijuana is illegal in your state?

I've also read some things where people have said that CBD Oil has helped them alot with lymes.

You can but it is pricey compared to the CO since it takes so much more with less effect. it is made from industrial hemp. I didn't get the results i was hoping for.

My experience has been that CBD oil is more of a supportive therapy rather than a cure. I'm think Rick Simpson himself says that there needs to be THC in the oil. I do think CBD oil alone is good for seizures and some conditions. It has a strong neuroprotective and antioxidant effect.

It's possible at really high doses CBD alone will have a strong antibacterial effect in vivo, but it gets pricey fast. The strongest effect I've gotten from it was from a raw plant puree which was frozen. So it would have had some THC-A in it as well, and I think 30mg CBD. A few of the dispensaries in Seattle were offering it.

THC oil and ideally THC + CBD oil is the most effective in my opinion. If you can find oil from a strain that has 4:1 - 2:1 THC:CBD it will be pretty effective at inducing a herx.

You think the RSO oil whichever is the most effective can wipe out the majority of my chronic neuro symptoms: Depression chronic fatigue brain fog speech trouble, short term memory, etc.? Thanks

I will say that of all the treatments I've tried Cannabis Oil seems to cause the strongest brain herxes. So I'd say its probably one of the most effective agents in killing neuro lyme. It's definitely worth trying if you have access to it and can handle getting really high for 4-5 hours at a go when you ingest it.
