Anyway, regarding candida flush products—
Some of those produce work for some people. But in general, for most people I think they might be able to lessen the y/f load and therefore lessen symptoms but I don't think they are strong enough to rebalance your y/f. Also, they often include multiple antifungals, which on one hand could help because they could address several strains at once and really hit the yeast hard and fast. But if taken too long, which is sometimes necessary because I don't think they are strong enough for an already present y/f overload, you run the risk of creating resistant yeast strains (due to their weakness with an already present overgrowth).
The pure powder nystatin is a safer and more effective bet, in my book.
