Wilson. Some of his articles are right to the point - for instance Near-ir sauna article(s); some others are a bit out there. I was only commenting on astroman's query about
"living in a tent" or "going on welfare".
He is not expecting you to exit from life. Only to stop torturing yourself with a past that not longer exists or a future that doesn't yet exist. You can plan for the future, but don't dwell incessantly on the things you hope won't happen.
This helps to stop the "fight or flight" reaction, allowing balance to return.
