this disease is unlike others where you get better and you stay better. it goes through lifecycles kind of like a sine wave you can have long bouts of feeling well and think you're clear and then you get whacked. whenever i feel like crap if its anywhere after dinner i try and go to bed so i don't have to deal and hopefully it subsides in the morning.
are there definitive cycles of worsening symptoms you are going through? if so you can prepare yourself ahead of time doing various things around detoxing, resting, etc.

I was feeling the same way an hour ago....bad nerve pain, light-headed, sore jaw on left side.
I poured a glass of water, added some freshly squeezed lemon juice...and drank it.
Then I took some ALA.....and another glass of water with lemon juice.
I am about
50% better at this point.
Do whatever you can with detoxing....and see if it helps. warm epsom salt bath? lemon water?

well, my relief didn't last...it's ramped up again...and i'm out of lemons...so I'm now taking my pinella and bubur...hoping it works.
Hope you feel some relief soon!!! I can't get comfortable...ugh
If it felt better to lay down, I would, but it doesn't...my body is too sore.

I am laying down surfing web, and listening to movie
nuts, ... to get through the nite...
hope you feel a bit better at least real soon!

Try some more detoxing, like dry skin brushing, oil pulling and activated charcoal too. If you are up to it a foot soak with Epsom salt and peroxide, just use warm water though and no more than 10 minutes, so you don't make things worse.

I am so sorry :(
For me the Epsom Salt baths and lots and lots of lemon water helped. I usually snuggle up on the couch, try to watch a movie and not think about
the darn lyme for a while. I hate nights because I can't ever sleep, so I usually take two Benadryl at night to get some rest. I hope you get better soon.

Alka seltzer gold has been my saving grace lately for those really hard times. Also if I do a quick lymph massage I'll feel worse for a little while, drink a ton of water and then be really comfortable.
Distraction is an awesome tool. Watching funny stuff. Laughter really is the best medicine.
I'm glad you're feeling better now!

i try to watch the heck out of seinfeld when I'm feeling wrecked with anxiety, pain, and can't concentrate on reading or things like that. that show still holds up so well after 20 years. still kills me every time :) even if it just takes my attention away from my symptoms for a minute it's worth it.
hang in there!

Sorry you're not feeling well and can't sleep. :(
Something that helps me sleep is a teaspoon of tart cherry juice. It works really well.
Feel better!
