Hi again, back with another question.
So, my son (5) is doing pretty well; not many symptoms left (been that way for awhile now).
I'm still happy with his progress, but he just told me today that he feels like he can't breathe sometimes. He said he can't get enough breath or air sometimes. I asked him how often, and for how long, and he said "a lot" and for a long time (like for years). I can't remember if he's complained of this before really, maybe just once, so I wonder if it hasn't been so bad, or if it's coming to the fore front more now, or more often lately.
It kind of sounds like babesia, doesn't it? He's never been treated for that one at all (lyme and bart. treatment over a year now), and I wonder if we're peeling the onion and getting to another layer. hmm.
also, he's been nauseous a lot lately (most days for a few months now). We're waiting on a strep test, llmd mentioned maybe h. pylori (may start herb for that) and someone told me their herbs make them nauseous, so maybe it's one of those things…
but I also read that babesia can cause nauseousness. hmm….
Please tell me babesia isn't so bad to treat, just in case that's what he's dealing with! If it is what he's dealing with, his symptoms aren't very bad. He's come a long way from being very sick winter of 2013-2014, to feeling good and good energy, but with some symptoms still left to work on.
I'll mention it to llmd. I'm going to stay positive, but man…just when you think the end is near! But maybe it is for him, just that we have to make sure it all is dealt with first. Thanks for any thoughts or insights or recommendations!
