Sorry I am not taking either of those herbs so I never researched them. At least I don't think I am taking them. I am taking Byron White AL complex and A-inflam.

There are also books on herbs that includes studies done on them and the toxicities and such. There are books like this on google books where you can view most of the pages.

Also there is something on naturopathic.org about natural medicine journal which might have information on herb safety but I don't know for sure because I never looked into it.

I would purchase both coinfection books. The herbs he recommends in those will cover most infections (bacterial, viral, protozoan). Pay attention to the immune supporting herbs as well. You can't fully recover until your immune system is capable of fending for itself.

I think samento and banderol are much better to
Use than antibiotics long term. I used them for about a year. But honestly, it's not until I got off all my antimicrobials that I started to feel healthy again. It was scary coming off of antimicrobials because I didn't want the bugs to come back with a vengeance. But at one point, you just need to get off and try.

I've been on herbs of some sort for 3 years with no problems. I just had my blood looked at today and there were no parasites ...

Not ready to stop treating, I still have a couple symptoms, but, so much better!
