LLMD or LLND in LA/San Diego?

Hi everyone, hope you are having a good night, wherever you are.
I am desperate for an LLMD or LMND in the LA or San Diego area. If you know of anyone, will you please email me?
I have had chronic neuro lyme for 12 years - bulls eye rash but didnt know to get treatment.
Diagnosed with 12 lyme bands in Dec 14 by Igenex. Started on Doxy and Biaxin but I am just getting worse - ended up in ER with morphine drip, wheelchair. I need an LLMD in LA or anywhere nearby.
Please, anyone?
