I am taking vitamins and probiotics right before bed. I currently take banderol before breakfast, abx and other supplements after breakfast, vitamins and chinese herbs as well as samento at lunch, banderol at around 4 or 430, abx and other supplements after dinner and then probiotics, vitamins, and chinese herbs at bedtime.
I think my sweet spot is around 230 for binders. Any help with scheduling would be appreciated. Also what dosage of charcoal did you use?
