Need a Lyme doctor near Mt Vernon, Wa

I requested a Lyme test from igenics. Now my new dr.wants me to see an infectious disease doctor who knows nothing about Lyme. I was bitten first time 12 years ago. Bitten 3 times last summer 2014. Had the ring rash at one sight. Was treated 4 months later with 5 week course of erythromycin. A lot of symptoms abated, but now they have returned with a vengeance. Am currently using natural meds to treat, but in order to keep my prescription meds, I am being told I need the test done. That's ok....but I need a Lyme literate doctor in this area asap. Please, somebody help me fine an led in my area?

Hi Koorbro - welcome to our community! I am sorry you were not treated adequately for your lyme infection. But...I am glad you found us here.

When you have time, you might be interested in reading through the "New to Lyme?..Start Here!" thread at the top of the page. It's full of great information - symptom lists, info on probiotics, detoxing suggestions, and more.

Um...anybody have any suggestions for a LLMD near Mt. Vernon, WA? Really need to find one. Just moved here to WA. Brought Lyme from upper Midwest. Could really, really use some help on this....if there is any. Thanks.
