Anyone take molybdenum supplement for detoxing

I used Jernigan's Molybdenum for the first time this past weekend. I felt terrible all day Saturday and kept getting hangover feelings every morning with terrible headache.

I took two capsules of molybdenum and felt much better an hour later. I've taken it everyday since then and its greatly reduced my headaches in the morning. I suspect I may have candida buildup to address so I'm going to take this everyday.

Molybdenum appears to be really good for the aldehyde toxin. So if you ever feel hungover, I'd recommend it

I've used liquid moly drops (about 10 in a glass of water) for genetic mutation issues.

I cant say I've ever felt anything at all as far as herxing. Even when its obvious that Candida is soaring inside me.

Duflican seems to make me feel very hot, which might be candida die off herxing, as this symptom is less every week.
