Can any of you share what probiotic you currently use? I need some recommendations...my current probiotic isn't working as well. Thanks!

My doctor recommends VSL #3.

My LLMD has me taking Claire's Ther-Biotics, which contains 45 billion CFUs of probiotics. So far, it has worked well for me.

I take VSL #3 (I get mine at Costco - it's behind the counter at the pharmacy so you have to ask for it), and my daughter takes Klaire Labs Ther-biotic (ordered online - she has a corn intolerance and this one is free of corn starch). They also have adult versions through Klaire.

I take a bunch of different probiotics so I can get the largest variety of strains:
refrigerated ones:
NOW 25 billion
Theralac
non-refrigerated:
Dr. Ohhira's (this was one of the first I ever took - long before Lyme...it makes my skin sooo smooth :)
Prescript
-assist (soil-based organisms)
Saccharomyces Boulardii (this one gets probiotics into the intestines)
PRO-15 (time released)

I also take ReNew Life Ultimate Flora Critical Care 50 Billion, Vegetable Capsules. As PeteZa said, these need to be refrigerated. They're also kinda expensive.

I like Renew Life Critical Care 80 Billion. It is kind of pricey, but my stomach seems happier on it. I have also taken VSL #3, which seems to upset my stomach lately (or my stomach is not as happy on it).
