Hey man! I found a fix for that bad hyper adrenaline rush type feeling that we get. I started treating my adrenals with hydrocortisone (very low dose 15 MG a day split) and I've found immense relief!!!!!! I was sooooo excited when it actually worked.

Traveler pushed me to get serious about treating my adrenals and she was 100% right. I had to let you know i found something that actually worked.

I've been doing much better on buhner, thanks for asking! I've been off antibiotics for about a month and buhner is definitely working. I determined that my adrenaline rush feeling is a bartonella symptom because it happens about an hour after I take houttuynia, so I probably won't go the steroid shot route but glad to see you've found something that helps.

How have you been doing otherwise?

Yes the hydrocortisone is a pill. I know it's a steroid and that's why I was turned off to it for so long. But it's such a low dose. The reward is worth the risk for me.

I'm doing OK. Just chipping away day by day. I'll try and update you guys soon.

I know we're not supposed to take steroids when we have lyme...but if your adrenals are suffering, and a low dose cortisone is needed, then that is different. You need to have functioning adrenals to heal..and it is a low dose compared to what is used when auto-immune diseases are treated.

I really should get my spit test done...and see how my adrenals are.
