Seeking advise

Hello all, I have recently been diagnosed with Lyme and babesia co infection... Possibly infected in May 2015( saw a rash) took several doctor visits and running pillar to post to get to the lyme diagnosis in September 2015

I am currently seeing an LLMD who has put me on antibiotic+herbal protocol with doxycycline 100 mg twice daily+ artemisinin twice in a week+ nutramedix drops for detoxing + interface plus for the biofilm.

My major symptoms are concentrated on my face and neck area with constant muscle tightness, swollen lymph nodes, irritation behind eye and ear( severe) also oversensitive to sounds (left ear)

On reading several posts here I get to understand teeth could be a major stress contributed and can be harbouring a lot of bacteria... I have an impacted tooth in left jaw which is lying horizontal and on several visits to dentists they have told me that there is no infection in the tooth and that cannot be the cause of my problem... On the contrary they said removing the impacted teeth at this point could cause issues.... Now I am not sure what alternative I have to understand/know if the tooth is root cause...does techniques such as ART or bioresonance scanning help detect the root cause.
What are the other options I can consider to eliminate tooth being the root cause of the issue.

Hmm, why did they say it could cause issues to remove it? Did they explain?

Bioresonance scanning may be helpful. I would also look into applied kinesiology. Alternative health providers like acupuncturists often practice this.

Also, when you say you saw a rash in May, was it a bullseye rash? Because a bullseye rash is diagnostic of Lyme.

If the tooth was truly infected, the gum would be tender, almost untouchable. You would have excruciating pain almost barely able to sleep. So if you are having head pain, it may get to this. Impaction doesn't mean infection, just a crooked jammed in tooth. If the tooth is hurting and the xray shows its not in proper position it can be pulled. Is this a wisdom tooth, I assume? Go to an oral surgeon, screw a reg dentist. Who says extracting the tooth could cause problems, the dentist or LLMD? If the tooth is infected, taking it out is the thing to do. Maybe it has a root crack and need a root canal. Either way, the dentist can pack antibiotic in the hole. I would deal with that and then you will be able to determine if that gave you some relief. Use warm salt water rinses 3 x a day. Oh, and have a rolled up hand towel under your neck during the extraction. Since you already have the antibiotic, if there is some infection, that will help. Plus the oral surgeon will give you vicoden. I dont think lyme would cause the pain in one tooth area. So my guess is a lyme issue and a tooth issue. Oh and when you sleep, to keep your jaw relaxed, have a bunched up hand towel or squishy roll pillow under your jaw for support. Keeps your jaw from hanging and lets it feel relaxed so you clench less. Ive had tmj forever and if I dont have a jaw pillow as I call it, can't sleep right. Go for fixing or pulling the tooth.

One of the first places Lyme goes to is our teeth. Tooth, gum and jaw pain are very common in the first few months of Lyme.

I was spitting out blood with my toothpaste and having perfect dentist appointments before treatment. If you have unneeded oral surgery it will be like stirring up a hornets nest with your Lyme symptoms. Continue to treat but I agree with Girlie that is a very low dose of Doxy. Too low to effectively kill.
