Yes...I just read the LDI thread and I agree that they have a similar goal in mind with that treatment though... injecting a variety of allergens into your body to create antigens to thus control histamine seems like another approach to the same idea.
In the article they discuss the lack of the enzyme DAO as a possible cause for an over- abundance of histamine.
I wonder if supplementing DAO is an option...??
As for the bacteria staying in your body...
If our body had less of a response to the bacteria in the first place we would arguably be less affected by it.
By all means we need to eradicate the negative bacteria but we also need our immune system to behave appropriately.
I would prefer that my immune system worked against the invading bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites. Not against my own body by overproducing histamine....
