gkamom- Yeah, it is a wide range. It sounds like you have a good endocrinologist and a good pcp. I think most don't understand that my normal isn't your normal. We each have our own ranges that may not necessarily be the accepted range that labs set. I definitely still have symptoms but they aren't as extreme as they once were.
My pcp and even my lyme doctor were reluctant with treatment since my numbers were within range but my TSH was high. Then after my pcp prescribed me meds he put me on the lowest dose, 25 mcgs but the endo I saw thinks it should double that, 50 mcgs, but my lyme doc thinks it'll cause my numbers to shoot too high and really make me hyperthyroid. I'm getting conflicting opinions and I'm not sure what to do.
