hI,

il be starting the cowdens plan, i found this site on google search under cowdens.
as the german lab doctor .gave me few suggestions. To treat tick diseases and lymes and viruses
I nearly chocked when i looked up costings
I cant afford to visit Germany or Holland. As he suggested for treatment
so he suggested the cowdens and quite a few of Researched nutritionals products
His friend runs this company
however my god the cost
iv only bought i bottle of ATPFUEL wont try it until i can buy month 2 bottle
i watched garth Nicolson video on this. and i am inpressed how it helps muscles and brain fog/fatigue
tested on patients they improve 40 percent in 60 days
Has anyone out there TRIED SOD? ARTEMISININ OR ATPFUEL OR TRANSFER FACTOR LYME OR MULTIMESSENGER.
OR THE ORANGE CAPSULES OR ANY OF THE OTHERS HEY SELL?
it good i can access these by the lab who ran some diseases tests im positive for
i have the personal email of who runs these products,
however il only listen to anything YOU TELL ME THE PATIENTS OPINIONS NOT THE SELLER
Would you say any of researched nutritionals products you can not get anywhere else that is cheaper?.
or you can not do without.?
iim new to all of this
and il be following a few of this sites people helping me, with detox ect
i don't no hat to do with the list above iv been adviced to rake with cowdens via this german lab doctor.
its shocking the cost off all of these. i don't have £400 a month spare to spend on treatment
i cant work im to sick
anyway any feed back on all of this?

Thank you for your response how are you ?what treatments are you on?
Any one out there had at any time Antibiotic called METTRINAZOLE?
s this for lymes and tick diseases? can this be used with COWDENS PLAN?
please advice as I need to no this combination is safe. thanks

I'm currently taking ATP Fuel, I'm still in my first month. I'm also taking the Transfer Factor Multi-immune, Boluoke and BLt, all from Researched Nutritionals. I haven't had any real problems with them. BLt is an anti-microbial so there is always the chance to herx from that. I know some people have stomach reactions to the transfer factor.

Unfortunately, the only product I can buy online is the Boluoke and it is still expensive. Truthfully all of their products are pricey.

I think it is. The problem is I started it the same time I started my thyroid meds. So I'm not sure which is making more of a difference. It does feel like a lot because it's ten pills a day for the first two months. But I think it's helping. I get little energy bursts but I have to still be careful not to overdue it. I have to give the thyroid pill time to work. Patience is the name of the game.

that's good maybe youl get longer bursts of energy when you've reached the 60days
do you have a underactive thyroid ?
how long have you had lymes?. Do you have tick diseases also?,

Yes I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism but most of my symptoms were actually hyperthyroid. Plus most of my T3s and T4s fell into the "normal" range, so doctors were hesitant to prescribe me anything. I was diagnosed with Lyme and Anaplasmosis last year. I had about 4 months of abx and for the last 10 months have been doing herbals. It's alot of trial and error. I felt pretty good most of the summer and then toward the end of August went downhill again. I taking thyroid meds and I'm about to start treatment for marcons or mold and fungus in my sinus cavity. I'm hoping after this next round of meds and treatment that I'll stay better.

Cheetahjade, I had similar issue with hypothyroidism. My symptoms were consistent with hyperthyroidism. i was skeletal thin along with other symptoms. My Rheumatologist ordered a thyroid panel for me and the results came back weird so he referred me to an endocrinologist.

The endo told me that sometimes he sees patients who have hyperthyroid symptoms with mixed results on bloodwork and it occurs just before everything rolls over to hypothyroidism. He said he doesn't know why that happens but he treats for hypothyroidism anyway. The bloodwork numbers straighten out and the hyperthyroid symptoms go away.

The other thing with the thyroid is that some people feel better on one end of the range or another. I found that I still didn't feel better even though my numbers were in the normal range. My pcp kept upping the dose until I felt better so we found the "number" that was normal for me. We ended up pegging it at the high side of normal. Now we know to keep my numbers on that high side. It's a very big range so it stands to reason that different people have different "normal" values.

Treat the symptoms rather than the numbers.

The metronidazole (also called flagyl) is for Lyme. It can be taken with herbal protocols.

I am taking Buhners protocol as many people here are. I don’t know about the cost of cowdens, but other protocols may be worth looking into if cowdens is too expensive?

(And good news from the doctor, she has her licence renewed, so I hope you get your skype appointment soon)

gkamom- Yeah, it is a wide range. It sounds like you have a good endocrinologist and a good pcp. I think most don't understand that my normal isn't your normal. We each have our own ranges that may not necessarily be the accepted range that labs set. I definitely still have symptoms but they aren't as extreme as they once were.

My pcp and even my lyme doctor were reluctant with treatment since my numbers were within range but my TSH was high. Then after my pcp prescribed me meds he put me on the lowest dose, 25 mcgs but the endo I saw thinks it should double that, 50 mcgs, but my lyme doc thinks it'll cause my numbers to shoot too high and really make me hyperthyroid. I'm getting conflicting opinions and I'm not sure what to do.
