C. Diff probably needs a test... But, if you have watery diarrhea that lasts for a total of 3 or more days, there is a very good chance it is indeed C.Diff. Also with c.diff you could have blood coming out too.
Actually 2 months ago, I had watery diarrhea for 1 and a half days... And my colon felt raw! Ughh... I went to the bathroom on the second day and I passed a normal stool, but it just felt raw after, it was awful... I was actually very worried at that point.
But what I did is goto the local pharmacy and I stocked up on all kinds of different probiotics. They also have a probiotic just for antibiotic associated diarrhea. I took that as well. I also stopped the abx for just 1 day! lol I wanted to get right back on. I also have been taking Sachro B every single day and a minimum of 200 billion CFU of probiotics daily and of course all different kinds. I haven't missed a single dose of abx since and my digestive tract is back to normal!!! I actually have poops like I did before lyme now! I think I got this down well now.
But remember there is ' antibiotic associated diarrhea' and then there is 'c.diff'. But they are 2 different things and it is more likely it's simply the antibiotic associated diarrhea than the c.diff. But you can treat it either way with the same method. Lots of sachromyces boularrdii and probiotics.
