Throat tightness candida herx?

I was taking colostrum and having the best die off and herded from candida took a break and started again and now when I exercise iv been getting throat tightness I can breathe fine but it feels like a knot is in the middle of my throat of spit is this a candida herx

I don't know about a herx (not enough experience), but does it happen with any particular food or supplement that you swallow?

I was getting that a lot and found that it occurred all the time when I was drinking Coke. Coke uses Balsam of Peru as a preservative even though it doesn't show on the ingredient list. I am highly allergic to Balsam of Peru and it is definitely the reason that I get the swollen throat feeling and likely the acid reflux feeling i get that really starts at the top of my throat and works its way down.

Not sure it went away though it was from Phelm in my throat
