Any1 on here that has treated adrenal issues looking 4 your help

So a couple months ago I did a spit and blood test and they said my levels were normal but I showed my herbalist and she said my night levels were kind of high and my llmd ordered to have me to the spit test again and they showed high and iv been taking adrenevine originally to help with sleep but they both said to take that for adrenal support it contains Ashwagandha ...skullcap...Eleuthero...Rhodiola...L-theanine...phosphatidyleserine in it, my llmd and herbalist think my remaining recover comes down to adrenals and whatever candida I have left over which I am also treating and they both said I really need to be sleeping 8 solid hours to reach 100 percent because I am close so I'm wondering for those who had adrenal issues and recovered what did you take what else is there

lots here in the past on adrenals and candida. Searching in the upper right only searches HW- what you want.

I dont think adrenals ever completely 100% heal (certainly not if you have autoimmune thyroid), its commonly lifelong "managed" with your stress levels.

I have been dealing with adrenal and thyroid issues for a while now. It would depend on what symptoms you are having. Candida most certainly can cause some of the same symptoms as Lyme, so be sure that you are being effectively treated for Candida so that it doesn't become a raging infection. Your adrenal issues may be too far advanced for the Ashwagandha and others to be helpful. You could need desiccated adrenal supplements. I'm on one that my doc swears by, and even though I had my doubts, a very hard and honest look at the last year of my life tells me they are working.

Are your doctors open to treating you with other things for your adrenals? And again, I would encourage you to be sure that your symptoms are not from one of these infections as best as YOU can. Doctors can be wrong.
