Girlie already explained how testing won't necessarily be accurate. While I wouldn't wish these infections on anyone, you are fortunate that you have some direction with treatment since you had a positive FISH test result.
That said, I believe you have responded to your current meds. Didn't you post quite recently about dealing with chills, air hunger and the development of muscle twitches? Symptoms that develop after starting a new treatment regimen are herxes....
I highly recommend keeping a daily symptoms journal. It will help you identify responses to treatment and any possible improvements.
For whatever it's worth, I maintain an email in draft form for a month's worth of recording. Once the month is complete, I move the email into an email folder titled "Lyme symptoms journals".
I summarize my experiences in spreadsheet format for my LLMD. In fact, if that idea appeals to you, you could take a peek in the "New to Lyme" thread and find rowingmom's spreadsheet that she maintains for her daughter and is easily available for download/customization.
