Red Stretch marks appeared after start of new abx, Bartonella Herx?

I recently tested positive for Bartonella henselae, 160 Igg to be exact. First doc didn't want to treat it, got a second opinion, switched from minocycline and ceftin too rifampin and Zithromax, first day of the new abx brought out a rash on inner legs, upon closer examination they were bright red indented stretch marks. Slightly irritating but not painful or itchy, they have remained exactly the same for a week now.
Could this be a Bartonella Herx? Or just a healthy case of Bartonella?Any thoughts?

I'm on 300mg X 2 daily rifampin, 500mg Zithromax X 1. For years I have had an occasional red irritated stretch mark in this same area that would come and go, never this many and this pronounced. anxiety and panic attacks are and have been my biggest issues as well. I'm beginning to suspect I've been harboring Bart for a long time.

Is there any protocol for treating Bart stretch marks? Ointments, salves, bleach, blowtorch?
