Book

I have been considering writing a book detailing the steps/process I used to determine what I have and how I used research and science to get better. It would take a very long time to write and it would be difficult to go back and get all of the references that I used. That is what is holding me back from writing it. My sister is a writer and said I should do it as I have helped her and she no longer has to take any medications. My question to you is "Would it be something you would be interested in reading?" She told me that if I write it, she could edit it to something that everyone could understand. (Ya'll know I use too many big words.) It would basically pull biochemistry, epigenetics, infectious disease, nutrition, medicine, physiology, health, and chemistry all together.

I grew up in a town with one red light and all I had was hunting, sports, and academics. I now hunt more than 99% of the other hunters and have been writing bow hunting articles for 15 years. I think I could write a good read.

If I remember correctly, you mentioned in a post recently that you had a very extensive background in organic chem and the past was about methyl forms of vitamins. If I mixed you up with another member, I apologize.

If you could write in a way to put the science behind current treatments into understandable terms for people without your background, that would be a worthwhile book. There are already a bunch of books that give "the best way to be cured" but it really is individual because of all the factors that you mentioned. The only place I've ever seen that acknowledged is here.

If you can bring that to others it would be great. No pressure. LOL.

Personally, it's worth it just to put everything in words. You see things more clearly when you have to explain them to others. i find I solve puzzles that I didn't have an answer for before. If anything it's cathartic.

I hope you do write a book! You can make one edition very scientific and the other a little more simplistic for people like me. :)

I had considered writing it for the layperson with sections in each chapter for physicians and healthcare professionals. The problem is the info for healthcare professionals is pretty extensive and long. They like everything explained and referenced.

Just thought of this. I'll bet there are a bunch of people here who would proof read and give opinions for free. Likely to contribute to a fundraiser to get it printed just like Buhner's.
