Welcome mijos81!
Sorry for the reason you're here but glad you found us.
I'm not sure what other labs ran the WB for you. However, if you're talking about
labs like LabCorp, Quest, etc., they test using CDC standards which eliminate the bands most likely to show positive for Lyme. Why? The CDC eliminated those bands when trying to come up with a Lyme vaccine (and the test vaccine actually caused people to get Lyme).
Ironically, all labs only check for one strain of Borrelia (bacteria responsible for Lyme) and there are over 100 different ones. For you to test positive via Igenex confirms Lyme with no doubt.
Some mosquitos have tested positive for Lyme. And, truly, the tick most likely to infect us with Lyme is the nymph tick which is as small as the dot at the end of this sentence.
Yes, it is possible to have a rash on the leg if you were bitten on the arm. The rash is a sign of an immune response.
Sorry to tell you but, all of your symptoms are hallmark for Lyme and the infections that can accompany it.
Here's a link to a site that does a great job of explaining WB results:

Besides creating a thread to get member referrals for LLMD's, you can also use the physician referral feature on the ILADS site. (ILADS = International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society which is cutting edge for Lyme diagnosis and treatment). Here's the link:

Best of luck to you moving forward!
