Ways to detox website?

I am trying to find some good websites for a friend that summarize the various ways to detox. (I already told her about the new to lyme section on this forum). I know I have seen and someone else mentioned recently a site that is kind of "rough around the edges" but really lists all the different things you should think of and ways to detox, but I can't find that link anywhere. Any suggestions welcome! Thanks!

Besides what we have posted in our "New to Lyme?" thread, the above site is the one posted most often.
