And I would like to add a change in the weather can cause weird symptoms to suddenly appear. I just had a cold front come in and at first my knees were aching so bad. It started raining and I was fine. Then as the front moved on by my elbows and wrist started aching. Weather can cause me problems.
As will altitude changes. Where I live at 4,000 feet my nearest store is 2,000 feet and oh can that cause me some grief going to the store. I have had to detox just to go grocery shopping.
Just remember that we are all so different and not one of us will have the same as anyone else. And who knows what exacerbates our symptoms. For me, it is always something new and different and such an unpleasant surprise.
Hang in there and keep on detoxing!!

Just wanted to add that I will be going along fine and I can find no reason at all to have a symptoms come up. I always ask my husband, "what did I do to get this?" He is so sweet he just says, "it's just lyme honey." And we go about
our day.
