If you can find raw goat's milk in your local grocery store, it will be as safe as raw cow's milk from the grocery store - they have the same standards to hold up to. If there is more than one brand, I would suggest that you try them all!! Different breeds of goats produce different cream contents, and while one may not be to your liking, another may.
Remember, raw milk will still have the cream in it, so it will taste differently than "whole" milk, 2% milk, and especially skim milk. The cream will go rancid first, so use your nose to detect when the milk is no longer good to use, or skim the cream off the milk and use in other things!!
