I pray you can pull something from this mess. Jump to the end, if you don't care to read. We'd all probably be better off, if I just deleted the rest, but, hey, I spent the time typing it out, so I'm going to let it live. Sorry, if it's just an eyesore.
I'd stay on those products, if needed.
The probiotics, for sure, and make sure they're a good brand. I feel like I've heard of that kind before, so you're probably safe. Though, some like to have a couple different ones, with differing strains, to alternate.
Also, healthy bacteria from foods - kefir, sauerkraut, among the best. Though, if my poor memory serves, I feel like people are divided as to whether or not the kefir is good, when dealing with candida. I seem to remember hearing a lot of yes, and some no. Bone broth as well, if you can manage, as it is very good for the gut. Some, glutamine, at the very least.
That's just for your stomach-health.
Other than that, though he's right in saying that you might want to deal with the parasites and candida before you get into the Lyme, it'd be nice to get you on something. I'd go with Buhner's core protocol - cat's claw, Japanese knotweed, as well as some houttuynia and maybe hawthorn for the Bartonella, red root for the lymph, milk thistle for your liver, and maybe something else for immune support. I've recently been looking into a couple mushrooms - cordyceps and lion's mane, both recommended by Buhner. You could wait on the Bartonella herbs, working them in after you've gotten the others started, 'cause you might have a sizable reaction. Again, understandably, you do want to look to candida, parasites, and make sure you're gut is in a good place, before you start getting too serious about
the rest, but I feel like it's good to have at least a core protocol in place, something. Those are good herbs for general support anyway, honestly, sick or not.
But, yes, that'd cover the Lyme and Bartonella, at least a little bit, considering you respond well - there aren't other layers of sickness standing in the way, your immune system isn't totally shot, etc. Also, the lymph. Though, you'll want to be doing other stuff as well - lymph massages, epsom salt baths, etc. You should find some information on it quite easily, if you look. The liver as well. Stay hydrated, 2+ quarts of water a day, lemon water. Make sure you're having bowel movements, getting those toxins out of you. Activated charcoal would be good too - pretty cheap as well, but you have to be passing poopoo daily, it can be constipating for some.
The candida, do you feel like it's a HUGE issue for you? While I'm not sure if I'd fast, as that could be very hard on you - I've tried it before, I start getting all achey and exhausted, after like a day, I'd definitely start on a strict diet. Maybe even try this for a few days - http://www.thecandidadiet.com/what-to-eat-during-cleanse.htm
Then, move on to the more flushed out diet.
Though, if you do use that site for information, keep in mind that they're not the definitive source, and might even be wrong here and there. For example, they've got a lot of nuts, non-glutinous grains, and a couple artificial sweeteners listed as OK. I wouldn't feel safe with most of that, at least not if I felt like it were a big problem. Just, do some Googling - candida diets. Also, some suggestions may be contraindicated with some of your other ailments. Tomatoes, certain nuts, most fish, etc.
But, Girlie mentioned, diet's not enough. You're starving them out, some are dying, but the good bacteria are in jeopardy as well, so comes things like nystatin, maybe even a little diflucan, and heavy doses of good probiotics.
The parasites, well, I'm at a loss there. There are herbal options, but, at this point, I feel like adding any more to the pile would just overwhelm you. I'd start with these other things first, then, after a little while on the diet, the other things, when you're in the groove of things, try and add some stuff in.
Sadly, there's a lot to this stuff, and you want to be sure that you've got all the possible intruders covered, or at least have them in your mind. Gut health, thyroid/adrenal health, vitamins and minerals, stuff like that.
There are no quick fixes, though it might go without saying, as I see you joined us over a year ago. The only thing about
this that's easy is just being a punching bag for this crap. I'm good at that. Go on, take another swing.
It's hard. I really wish I were a bit better myself, so I could give you some more, better, easier to consume information. I mean, even at my best, I was not the smartest, most knowledgeable guy around, but I've done a lot of looking into these things for myself. But, so it goes.
I tried.
Condensed version:
Japanese knotweed, cat's claw, houttuynia, hawthorn, red root, milk thistle, cordyceps for the Lyme. Maybe omit the houttuynia and hawthorn temporarily or swap them for something else that's immune-boosting, or good for inflammation, as was suggested.
Diet, nystatin, diflucan, and good probiotics, bone broth/glutamine - for the candida and gut health.
Lymph massages, epsom salt baths, lemon water, activated charcoal, coffee enemas, etc. Detox, detox, detox, get that waste out of you from both ends, any way you can.
