It's definitely stronger...but no improvement in mass.
My calves have not returned to how they were. I had a lot of muscle on them pre-lyme...just naturally.
*sigh* same here. Upper arms (elbow up) strong and toned again. Elbow to hand, no improvement.
Calves are weird. The muscle grew in the back as I worked them out but the front (shin) no addition of mass and meat.
So if I lay relaxed with my knees bent all the mass falls back and it's looks soooo bony and scrawny but when I stand the mass from the back kind falls in to place and they look okay. Just no mass or meat in the front.
So basically, no hope. It will be like this forever.....i know what you mean about
the knees bent and the 'mass' falls back. When I'm sitting in my recliner and my legs are in front...the calves are easily 'squished' flat if that makes sense? soft .
I don't think it's forever yet. I'm still treating...and hoping. I have to say I've backed off on my exercising. I need to bump it up again...and work out those calves.
Don't give in, yet, dacarte!
