parasite program - eye twitching

My whole lyme started with clogged right ear along with sinusitis and then when they opened up my sinus's the inflammation moved out of my ear and into my eye. The inflammation and pain in my right eye. I have felt inflammation in my head, face and eye through out the last 3 years. Recently I saw a chiropractor that put me on standard process - zymex 11, garlic forte, prosynbiotic. 1st two weeks, felt a lot of movement in my eye region and the inflammation disappeared after dealing with this for 3 years. Now I can hear my ear crackling and movement in my head what i think is inflammation breaking up. The chiropractor said the enzymes will dissolve the parasites. Recently though under my eye and eye lid won't stop twitching (for a week now). I hope that I am helping my situation instead of harming. I am not sure at this point. I am not doing anything else yet other then strict diet of no sugar and very limited carbs, lots of veggies. I was planning on starting a candida cleanse once I did this for a little bit. Any advice? Has anyone else experienced eye twitching when doing enzymes or when getting rid of parasites?

Working with a chiropractor that said I need to deal with parasites first. I did however purchase some of the burner herbs with intention to start them. Zymex 11 is standard process/mediherb product. Propriety Blend 884mg: Defatted almond (nut), fig (fruit), papain, bromelain, amylase, lipase, and cellulase. I haven't found a doctor that can help guide me in Buhner program yet.
