Looking at your list of conditions and the symptoms involved, I'd say we've got a lot in common. Fun stuff, huh?
Anyway, yes, I've had strong reactions to a number of essential oils - oregano, frankincense, doTerra's OnGuard.
I've no doubt they can and have helped a lot of people on their healing journey, under the right circumstances, both from the perspective of killing the buggers off as well as helping to flush them out, and even help your body cope - certain oils are good for relaxation, pain relief, so I've heard.
Good ones are, again, oregano and frankincense, thyme, thieves, and things like lavender, lemon, peppermint for support - the lavender would probably go in a diffuser.
Really though, pretty much all the essential oils could be beneficial in some way.
Some people use them internally, I tried this, but wouldn't recommend it. It may be slightly more effective, but topically does the job. The tops of the feet are best, I've been told. It might help to do some dry skin brushing around there to open up the pores a bit.
But, as you probably know, no one thing can do it for us, not yet anyway. I said, under the right circumstances, right? The trick is finding the right time/way to apply these things.
I've had a lot of failure with certain products over the past couple years. I always blamed them and the manufacturers for it, when, in reality, at least in part, it was just me and the bugs.
Most of this stuff probably can knock back our infections and whatnot quite a bit, if only the environment was right.
Oh well.
Best wishes, dealing with it all.
