I would greatly encourage you to find some detoxing routines that you
can fit into your schedule. There are quite a few that you could do because they only require a few minutes - like dry skin brushing before a shower/bath. It actually does two things - not only does it lift up the dead skin that we all have on the surface of our skin that blocks the skin (at least some) from pushing out more toxins, but it also moves lymph more - which is our "blood filters".
Taking Alka Seltzer Gold would likely be another good option for you.
How about
a Epsom salt/peroxide foot soak at night after the kids get to bed?
I'm using a tablespoon of ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) twice a day as well. I add some water and a spoonful of stevia and it goes right down!
You could add in milk thistle as well. If you are allergic to rag weed, you may not be able to use this though.
