I had tests done for Lyme. The results were:
Lyme total antibody (3605)
IGG bands all nine were non-reactive except 66 KD was reactive.
IGM bands were all three reactive.
So they said I didn't have Lyme, but my doctor put me on antibiotics for four months.
I did not get any better so he took me off the antibiotics.
I have been diagnosed with Fibromylagia I have constant pain, fatigue, brain fog, etc.
Nothing else was done.
My question is: Do I have Lyme? Do I need to be seeking treatment for Lyme?

Bands 23 39 41 were reactive
No change with the antibiotics
Doxycycline 100 mg twice a day.
I live in the country Southern USA Oklahoma and have bitten by numerous ticks.
No bulls eye rash.

Bands 23 and 39 are specific for Lyme.

The dosage of doxy should be 200 mg twice daily - so since you were only on half - maybe that's why there was no change.

I know prior to my diagnosis my GP gave me 100mg twice daily of doxy for 4 weeks and I felt nothing. After diagnosis a few months later, she prescribed 200 mg twice daily and on Day 4, I herxed and it lasted 12 days. I then reduced to half dose and my herxing stopped.

Your test results show you have Lyme disease (and you had many tick bites) - I don't know why your Dr. said you didn't have Lyme.

I suggest you find a LLMD and bring in your test results. You need to be treated by someone who is knowledgeable in Lyme disease treatment.
