Uncertain about Symptoms

I had the pressure in my head behind the eyes. It was pretty much constant, and worse when I flared and/or herxed.
Mine resolved when I was on minocycline ....so I think mine was neurolyme.
I did add Rifampin one month after starting minocycline...but it was already starting to get better...

Air hunger is attributed to Babesia.
Although, I did have the air hunger for a couple of months only prior to diagnosis and treatment..and my LLND doesn't think I have Babs...but I don't know for sure...
I think it's a possibility that i do have Babs.

Fatigue could be any of the three B's.

Not sure about the dark circles

Well, Bartonella affects the nervous system..so it's likely it could be Bart.
I never had headaches...it was more like pressure behind my eyes...

It is at least 90% better...I've been off antibiotics for over a week now...and the last few days...I am starting to feel something in my head...not sure if it's coming back...

Actually that's not common wisdom - it's just what some doc's do. What a lot of doc's do is to treat the infection that has the most severe and/or the most symptoms from first, for me it was Lyme. Then go after whatever infection has the next most symptoms or the next most severe symptoms next.

Some people do best if Babesia is treated first, some need Bart treated first, and some - like me - need to have Lyme treated first.

Oh, I do understand that!! I'm one of those that has seriously overlapping symptoms as well! What I said above about treating for this infection or that is mostly for those that do know. If someone has air hunger and drenching night sweats as their most prominent symptoms, it can be assumed (until proven otherwise) that they have Babesia and should start treatment for Babesia first.

As for myself, I'm about to start back into treatment for Babs and Bart infections that I missed when I was treating my reinfection with Lyme in 2014. I'm almost certain that I am only showing symptoms of those two infections, but I'm going to chicken out and retreat for Lyme as well because there's no way I can tell if, say, my foot pain is from Lyme or Bart. There are other symptoms like that as well, but you get my point. Oh, and I'm doing all of this without any testing because I don't have one single doc around me that would be willing to do it.
