orthopedic Dr.s dont understand basic muscle chemistry or fascia. The skeleton, yes, but there is a lot more to it.
I first started MS like symptoms about 3 years after my initial nuero symptoms 20-25 years ago. So I was tight and sore then too, but was younger and the athletic mind set is no pain , no gain, so tried to ignore the pain.
Cant ignore pain anymore (hey, I'm old!), I still appear very fit and that confuses the "medical professionals". They assume people in pain are all out of shape, not true.
After spending about 3k on bodyworkers of various types , chiro, pt , ect, thats when I learned different forms of muscle/fascia releases, but know looking onto the chemistry side again. (obvuously methalation gene stuff included).
