Oh Surm,
I wouldn't be doing my job right here if I didn't tell you to start one drop of one herb and then wait a couple days to gauge response. If you're not herxing too horribly, add in another drop of the herb at another dosing time. Same deal with adding the 3rd dosing time.
Buhner recommends getting all of the herbs going in low doses before increasing to take advantage of the synergies of the herbs (they enhance the actions of each other).
Japanese Knotweed is really the best herb to start. It's a potent anti-inflammatory and crosses the blood brain barrier. It also clears neurotoxins.
And, if you've read enough threads on here, you'd be expecting me to tell you to detox, detox, detox ;)
I cannot express the importance of this enough. All the while you've had these infections, the bugs have been going through their life cycles and creating toxins which are what cause our symptoms. Once you start treatment, more toxins will be created as the bugs die. You need to clear them out before they get reabsorbed by the body and make symptoms worse.
The sooner you get a daily detoxing protocol going....one that you start slowly but continue to add to.....the easier you'll be able to handle treatment.
This site has some great suggestions:
www.tiredoflyme.com/detox-methods.htmlAn easy method is drinking lemon water throughout the day. Dry skin brushing before your shower followed by a cold rinse are 2 more easy ones. And taking a binder like activated charcoal is always a good idea (you need to be sure to take it 3 hours away from everything - food, herbs, supplements) The more methods you use daily, the better you'll be able to handle treatment.
Good luck with everything!!!
